The GRS certification is an internationally recognized standard that verifies the recycled content and traceability of a product.
The GRS ensures that products claiming to be made with recycled materials meet specific criteria for the percentage of recycled content, also implementing restrictions on the use of certain chemicals in the manufacturing process to promote environmental and human health.

We go above and beyond to ensure Winawood looks natural and authentic.
For this reason all our Winawood products have a natural grain effect; we also make sure the colour and grain is not only visible on the surface but is embedded through the material.
This gives our unique product a natural wood effect, while effectively being made from recycled polymer material.
NO SPECIAL TREATMENT REQUIRED.
Winawood can be kept outside and uncovered 365 days a year, looking as good as the day it was purchased. To maintain the unique finish, we recommend wiping the product with a cloth and warm water or, for stubborn stains, feel free to use a pressure hose.
Due to the material having been dyed throughout the product, we recommend a light sanding to restore the colour when this might be needed. Each bench comes with a small sanding block for easy maintenance.
Winawood also includes a 3 year manufacturer's warranty. The warranty protects the item against any manufacture defects within the first 36 months of purchase.
